The Legends of Drayma. If you're interested in a little history lesson on the site that was made back in 2007, here is the place to start.

It all started with Tramp Kirush and Kheiza Shade. He was the renowned leader of Draynor, a dashing Mightyena, and she was the leader of Rath, a fiesty Umbreon of royal lineage. They, like every cliche story tale, fell in love. After Kheiza gave birth to a single Poochyena pup, named Ronimaru, who died shortly after birth. The Rath leader was distraught, and flung Tramp away like trash. He was already aging and became an elder, passing the leadership to a Pikachu named Ki, as he wallowed in depression. He had no heir to the throne, and thus, was forced to retire.
The Ukkonen Clan and Protoss Clan came next. They were led by Shockwave the Raichu of Ukkonen, and Cherry the Chansey of Protoss.
Protoss was a Clan of basically Amazonian-style females with males as slaves. It was quickly overtaken by a new leader, Ferdila the Pidgeot, who made it the Kerodon Clan and destroyed the old way of life for the Clan. Shockwave also decided he was unfit to rule as leader and gave up the position to Cirrus the Togekiss. He placed Shockwave as deputy, however.
Then a great evil came over the land. Zotz, god of death, once sealed deep underground before by the great ancient members of Drayma, reappeared. He led a vicious army of warriors, and created Death Clan. They ruled over the region with an iron fist for seasons. Their best known attack was on Rath Clan when Death Clan tried to make a deal with them. Being proud, but not evil, Rath refused and a fight pursued. Rath chased Zotz and his army out, leaving Nitesblood, deputy of Death Clan, with his eyes gauged out.
Finally Kheiza took control and led the sixteen chosen ones, including her, who were the supposed reincarnates of the ancient ones. There, they called Zotz and killed him for good, after bring him back to life (he was already dead) and then completely destroying his body and soul.
He had been god of the underworld, and since he was gone, he was replaced by Ronimaru, Shade and Tramp's son, who became a Mightyena. Ronimaru became a benevolent leader of the Underworld, and quietly brought the spirits to rest, bringing them back underground.
More romance flourished. A young apprentice of Rath, Reikhon Shadrovin, started a relationship with Metamorphosis, an apprentice of Draynor. They had kids, and then suddenly she disappeared. This was enough to drive Reikhon insane. Thus began the second era of Drayma.
It began with mass slaughters. Reikhon was known as a rapist, a killer, and a vampire. He refused to eat regular prey and basically ate other Pokemon, and mainly sucked their blood. He killed the Rath Clan healer secretly, and then after a long time, no one seemed to catch on that it was he killing all the Pokemon. Bodies were found all over the islands, but no one could trace it to Reikhon until much later.
Finally, he took over. From the constant killing of pokemon, he had gained enough experience to do so. The whole island went into a sort of dark age as the tyrant brought fear to the heart of every living creature. He ruled on a throne of skulls, with rogue underlings. The Clans were almost wiped out entirely.
The revolt of the dying Clans was started by him killing the popular healer of Kerodon, Rhododendron. An attack was launched, and soon Kerodon made all the other Clans come together despite their differences to defeat Reikhon.
They won.
Reikhon wasn't killed, but he escaped and hid for a while as the Clans grew stronger.
And this is where we begin our tale.
