Leader
This pokemon leads his/her Clan through everything. They make the decisions, and their word is law to their Clan. Must be a fully-grown adult with lots of experience and fighting skill, or some other reason why it is best for leading the Clan.
Deputy
This pokemon helps lead the Clan, working under the leader. They help make decisions and make strategies for battle and issue commands while fighting. Can be overruled by the leader at any time. Must be a fully-grown adult, with good reasons as to why they're second in charge.
Heir
The Heir is the oldest/strongest/smartest or overall best child of the Leader. When the leader dies, the Heir is the one that will take over, not the deputy. They serve underneath the Deputy as a sort of apprentice towards him/her. Third in charge.[More explained on why this rank is here later.]
Scion
The Scion is like the heir - a child of the Leader. However, it doesn't matter how good the scion is. They could be runts with no skills whatsoever. Scions rank at about the level of warrior unless they're too young, but if the heir ever dies, another scion will replace it.
Healer
Healers have an attack that allows it to heal the other pokemon. Chanseys make the best healers, as do most grass pokemon. They are suggested to have a lot of HP. Healers are normally not allowed to fight but can if they have to. They constantly meet with healers from other Clans to share new healing techniques. At that time, they are away from normal rivalries. However, after the meeting they are allowed to attack each other at any time if they must. Third in charge, right alongside the heir.
Warriors
There are normally more warriors than anything else. They have gone through apprentice training and are like the army of the Clan, as well as the hunters to sustain the Clan. They do most of the fighting and keep the Clan alive. Must be a year old at least.
Apprentices
They are warriors-in-training. Once they have gotten more, stronger attacks and are comfortable at battling, they may move to the warrior level. They are usually from six months to one year old, but they can be held back long enough to be one and a half years old.
Kits
They are always under six months old. They normally remain with their mothers in their original Clans until they are apprentices, and all they do is play and grow.
Elders
They are the older members of the Clan, 5 years and up, who have retired and no longer work.
Queens
They are pregnant or nursing female warriors dealing with motherhood.
