Once you are accepted, you will be able to start your story from that very second. It is best for you to complete your character's profile before you start to RP and involve yourself in the story, and also check out the material inside.The standard rules apply - no GM/PP (GodModding/PowerPlaying) and listen to the moderators.
When you begin, you can start to carve your path in the city. Either a good civilian, running your own business; a member of the police force, wether you do it for your own gain or to help others; or a selfish, hardened criminal, doing whatever you like... or what you are allowed to do.
Applications will be viewed within 24 hours, and you will be notified via e-mail.
If accepted, you will be a civilian; from there on, you decide.
