A return to eden, and nature has once again come to power over the humans. Their wars, their genocides and all their hate had truly become the end of them. Such was life, yes? To live and die by the blade was their downfall, and in their wake came a rolling tide of wonderment, of replenishment. Their guns had fallen silent, allowing the apex predator’s rise once more to their own point of power, and the circle of life had been restored. Fences decay, and roads left abandoned to become overrun with spreading foliage, deteriorating beneath Mother Nature’s wrath—they, these remnants of our cruel touch on this planet, have become the ants beneath their little magnifying glass. It was our turn to writhe and wail in horror; and their turn to laugh at our downfall. With the falling of fortresses, they escaped. The lions once boarded up for our amusement, and they reclaimed the Savannas and Grasslands, the Deltas and the Hardy Hilltops, and they were quick to restore order. It wasn’t long before it seemed as though humans were just a forgotten dream, a nightmare and fable the lions told their offspring to keep them from misbehaving.

What do you mean, no packs? Don't get me wrong, there are some very active lion rps out there -- somewhere -- but, they are always the same. Kings, Queens, Lords, Ladies, etc, etc, etc. Hlane leaves Pride Order to the Sovereign Male, and just him... or him and his two brothers, in some cases. We'll be free of point systems, and focused on the drama between lions and their desire to keep things natural.
