Salvation and revelation is often refered to 'The Heavens', being a place full of raptured light, divine powers, blissful paradise, and then a Nirvana. The holy spirit, also dubbed God or The Lord of the Heavens is known as Joruvau; the highest power of the realm. The rest of The Heavens is sectioned off into 12 clans, each clan having elected one angelic being to be repesented in the Heaven's Council, which is also known as an oligarchy. The intentions of this Realm is practically unknown, for they have not interfered with any of the current problems and are simply holding their own and keeping things in complete order as opposed to Chaos and Calamity. Though there is always purity in this realm, some may wonder what happened to the books of sacrifice and serenity--for the Heavens seem to have very much hidden from their own peoples' eyes.
The flaming underworld realm, polar opposite of Heaven, home to damned souls plus demons, and created by Lucifer the Fallen after being cast out of Empyrean to live in exile on Earth for stirring seiditous feelings amongst the angels. It has just finished it's civil war(caused by the slaughter of Lucifer and his two eldest son by the youngest, Nepenthe) a few decades ago, and some are still feeling the after effects despite Overlord Nepenthe's attempts to destroy the questionable. It is now a dictatorship, and though Hell cares very little for Earth itself, it will use anything to get a grasp and wreck it's revenge upon the Heavens.
The middle realm inbetween Heaven and Hell, also known as Earth. Daily it struggles to survive, and to achieve atleast the level of the other realms. It is an area of life as we know it, though most humans are oblivious to the existence of creatures other than themselves. The highest power, the World Government, was created to serve as Earth's ambassador and protector to other realms and eradicate "parasitic species", such as vampires. They have been known to be very strict, and have gone even as far as beating trainees and upperclass members for making the smallest of mistakes.
Being the realm there the fallen and dead are judged, Purgatory may be called the Plane of Bereavement. The absolutist of limbo happens to be Osiris, which means judge of the dead. Here is where the sortment of souls take place, figuring out whether or not their souls are destined to go to Heaven or Hell, if not already consumed by predestination and be damned or saved. Recently, the sortment of souls and spirits has come to a screeching hault, and now each soul of the dead is floating into Purgatory and remaining there. Purgatorian creatures have began to cross the bridge links between the other three realms and the reasons are entirely unclear. Those from the other realms are not liable to cross over to Purgatory, for it remains closed off, excluding to those who have died.
