Application Form



Username:
This is the name that will be given to you for the site, also used as your login name. We prefer it to be your character's actual name, but it does not matter if you include last and first names, just first, just last, or anything of the sort. You may join as two characters--just make sure to mention it in your application somewhere so that the admin is informed.



Email:
It is crucial that you type your email in this form so that your beginning password can be sent to you. Once you first log into the site, you can go to your 'Alter Account' and change your password to what you see fit!

Gender:
This is pretty self explanitory--but it is okay if your creature does not have a gender. If so, put unknown.


Race:
This is to determine whether or not you can be a race that you choose to be--for we do have limits on certain ones or if you want to be the last of a race, you must contact and admin or we will decide when we read over your application.


Alliance:
Please put an alliance that deals with 'Heaven', 'Hell', 'Purgatory', 'Earth', or 'Neutral'. Understand that if your character is a neutral, they will more than likely have to reside on Earth.


Appearance:
If you would prefer, we wouldn't mind if you put a URL to a picture of your character here.


How'd you find out about this site?:
This isn't a must, but if you heard it from our advertisement or a friend, we'd like to know!
