The Plot

I’ve been trying to figure out how to write a plot for several days. Yes it seems easy, but it’s not, haha.
Basic Story-Line
We start off where the movie version of Batb begins. With Belle in the village. Belle and the townspeople can interact until Maurice and I decide it’s time to begin to shift towards him going off to the fair or whatever event Maurice decides that the character needs to attend…still following the lines of the original movie.
When we get to the castle we proceed as usual along the lines of the original movie, but we can add as much dialogue or extra scenes as we please! I really want to expand the story between Belle and Gaston, Belle and the Beast, Belle and the enchanted objects, and the townspeople with each other.
So to sum up. We will basically follow the story-lines of the movie and the musical (adding in scenes as we please) As for being in two places at once I’ve decided to uncomplicated things and make the rule that you can only be in one place at one time (unless it gets very boring or the person doesn’t respond to your post, than you may message me for permission to be in another place.)

Explain! I've never done RP before, and I have no idea how this works. I see a whole bunch of areas for different rooms - how does it work? Are there supposed to be lots of different stories going on at once? Is there any sort of organization to this, or is it just random? All you've listed is the beginning of the story, but not how to actually play the game.
Gotcha! Don't worry I'll help you out. RP is role playing. It's basically like being in a story yourself. You can see many examples in the forum of rping. That might be confusing, if it still is than please message me.
