Note: If you want to apply for someone who shares the same name as someone already claimed, just alter the name slightly in your application so the site will accept it. For example, if Bob from band X was already claimed and you wanted Bob from band Y, just apply as Bob., Bob,, Bob-, Bob~, or whatever little symbol you want to tack onto the end.
