Tech Ranks
Here is where you can find the techniques that can be learned by all professions (those that are profession specific are located in the Professions page), you will also see their ranks When you join or increase in rank you can choose from these individual ranks. Look here also to gain an understand of ranks and stats needed in order to learn certain level jutsus.
MOST JUTSU in the category of Rank E is common knowledge to every ninja. So you ALREADY KNOW IT upon acceptance. In other words, the 3 jutsu you pick IN ADDITION to the Rank E moves is your starting arsenal. Check the RANKS page for what moves are only learned AFTER you pass Genin exam.
TO INCREASE THE RANK OF YOUR JUTSU, YOU CAN PAY 1000XP PER RANK UP. THIS WILL INCREASE THE DAMAGE OF THE ATTACK IN PvP, HOWEVER, IT HAS NO REAL MERIT IN RP BESIDES BRAGGING RIGHTS.

Rank C - Genin
Rank B - Chuunin
Rank A - Jounin
Rank S - ANBU/Kage
When using a certain ranked skill it will add on to your normal stats temporarily. For instance if I use a Rank- D attack and my Taijutsu is 10 then it will do 20 points of damage minus their Taijutsu skill.
Rank E - + 5 Points in respective stat.
Rank D - + 10 Points in respective stat.
Rank C - + 15 points in respective stat.
Rank B - + 20 points in respective stat.
Rank A - + 25 points in respective stat.
Rank S - + 30 points in respective Stat
Note: For Chakra using attacks- The Bonus Damage is multiplied by 1.5. For all you slow people:
