Okay in case you are wondering why there are two applications and which one to use, here's the breakdown:
The first application is for those who are members of Acronrack and should only be filled out by someone who has a main Acronrack site account. If you do not have anything to do with Acronrack then use the second application form that is e-mail based and requires no Acronrack username to apply for the site.
