These titles do not correspond with what real Medieval social titles were, but that is why this is also a fantasy site.
the avenberry hierarchy

(NOT-AVAILABLE) King (0/0): The King resides in Avenberry and rules from there, he does have vacation houses he visits regularly that are all over Ostensia. His weaknesses are elven mistresses.
(AVAILABLE) Queen (0/1): She follows the King around and has an equal say as to what happens in Ostensia.
(NOT-AVAILABLE) Legitimate Princesses (2/2): Daughters born of the King and the Queen, won't be heir to the thrown unless there is a change in the laws or the people demand it.
(AVAILABLE) Illegitimate Princess(1/2): Daughters/sons from the King's mistresses. They will not be recognized as heirs unless the king has no sons.
(NOT-AVAILABLE) Mistress/Lover: Lovers for the Queen, Mistress for the King. These are ranks for recognized lovers who live and socialize around the King and everyone knows about them.
the alarian hierarchy
Note: The Elves of Alaria rule the Valeese Mountain region but have jurisdiction of the Elves in the Ophes mountains as well, but only the elves.
(AVAILABLE) Elvin King (0/1): The king and queen rule as equals, but the populace still considers the king as their countries figure head and place more respect in his authority than the queens.
(AVAILABLE) Elvin Queen (0/1): In Alaria the king and queen have equal say to what happens in the land and so the queen commands quite a lot of power.
(AVAILABLE) Legitimate Elvin Prince(ss)es (0/2): Daughters born of the King and the Queen. Females are allowed to take the thrown so succession is by birth order. The eldest gets the throne or can step down and allow the next sibling to rule.
(AVAILABLE) Illegitimate Elvin Prince(ss) (1/2): Daughters/sons from the King's mistresses. They will not be recognized as heirs as the Elves believe in monogamy and if they were found to be the King's they would be killed.
the social circle

They are known to be highly skilled in Whispering and only breed with unfortunate men who are of high Talent and are unlucky enough to cross into their territory. If any of the children are born a boy, the babe is dropped off at a different village and the father is killed.

Performers gain new Whispering abilities, such as shape shifting, but they could have unseen consequences.
(AVAILABLE) Commoner: Your average citizen of Ostensia, they can be part of any guild they choose (ex. blacksmith, carpenter). They work for a living, even if that pay is very small.
