Laws for Civilians and Law Enforcements

1. Police Officers are to protect the civilians and make sure everything is done correctly in regards to civil rights. Anyone that defies an officer in any way will be arrested and trialed in front of a jury.

2. Criminal law offenses are viewed as offenses against not just individual victims, but the community as well. Any criminal caught will be prosecuted fairly and isn’t guilty until proven so. This includes drug dealing, drug users, illegal immigrants, any association with Yakuza members, murder, rape, prostitution, and any other criminal activities.

3. Homosexuality is looked down upon. Any one caught in public showing public affection with the same sex will be arrested for disorderly conduct.

4. Tobacco and alcohol users are allowed to smoke and drink at the age of 20. Anyone drinking in excess in public bars and restaurants will be arrested and taken to jail until they are sober enough to make it back to their home without endangering civilians.

5. Curfew for all civilians to be back in the safety of their homes is no later then 2 a.m.. Anyone caught after this time will be regarded as an associate of the Yakuza and will be trialed as one, with a criminal record given to them even if their background is clean.

6. Any moles found within the police force that are working undercover for the Yakuza will be executed immediately, without trial.

7. Execution is looked upon as a reasonable sentence for criminals and a way of making sure the ‘bad’ is removed from the ‘good’ of society.

8. Jail, for any criminals is, only for criminals of lesser crimes and higher rank Yakuza Leaders where they will be questioned constantly.

9. As a civilian it is your duty to report any suspicious activity you witness immediately. For the safety of you and the rest of the civilians this is highly advised. Anyone found to be withholding information that could lead in weakening the Yakuza will be punished.

10. As a law enforcement agent or a politician it is your duty to make sure civilians are safe from Yakuza and any other illegal activities, and to do so by any means necessary. You are the law and above the law. Your top goal is to rid society of the Yakuza, no matter the cost. You will go as far as it takes to make sure the country will be a safer place for the generation of tomorrow.
