Listed below are some of the ranks we're particularly interested in filling. Some of these ranks have preferred adoptables to go along with them, so take a peek! If you don't like the adoptable that goes along with the rank you'd like, write up a new one and apply with it and we'll work with you on the character. The ranks we are looking for:

Adoptables

Characters submitted for adoption by the lovely members of Saramar Weyr will appear here (to submit a character, simply make a thread in "Character Applications" and note that it's for adoption). Adoptables might be another character's relative, or someone a roleplayer thought up for a plot involving their character... or maybe just someone who won't go away when a roleplayer already has 32 characters and doesn't need anymore. Other possibilities include characters' children, inactive characters, and excess characters that people thought they could handle but ended up being cast to the wayside. In all of these cases, the creator of the adoptable character will be very much involved in the application decision. While the administrators will have some say, the actual decision lies in the hand of the writer, so it's generally a good idea to get in touch with the person in question if at all possible before applying for one of these characters. When you apply, please put in the "Other Information" field that you are applying with an adoptable. Happy browsing!

Personality: Careless - not a good leader at all. He knows how to manipulate people to get what he wants, and what he wants is always for him, and always benefits himself. He doesn't do things for his people as he should. The last tithe he sent to the Weyr was ages ago. He's arrogant and indulgent. History: Became Lord Holder about 15-20 years ago when his father died. Has at least one little brother (more family would be awesome - we can add to "ranks available," plus lots of drama I think). Has at least two sons and at least one daughter, but more is fine too. And... anything you want to add.

Personality Taking her history into account, it's no surprise that she's not entirely sane. Some sort of delusional disorder.

Her personality is mostly up to you; possibly (on top of the Post-Traumatic Stress) excrutiatingly low self-esteem, severe depression, trust issues, and lots of bottled up confusion and rage- but whatever floats your boat. The one thing you must keep in mind is that, for some reason, she has not been going around telling people that her brother is actually a terrible person. ...yet.
Appearance: Tall, pale-skinned, dark-haired, dark-eyed. Probably more-than-slim.
History: Born at Narolan, her psychopathic older brother Damijen has done his best to make most of her life a living hell through emotional and psychological abuse. She's lost four parents (Mother- Damisa & Weyrmate K'santo; Father (who was briefly abusive and murderous)- J'nis & Weyrmate Lyanad), a younger half-sister (Kassamis), and probably a good deal of friends in the Threadfall, as well as suffering some sort of fairly severe injury during, and a long-lasting emotional breakdown since.
Other: I'm very willing to change stuff around a bit. Like really. I probably don't care. So long as she isn't blabbing about Damijen being a dickhead (or at least not being believed).
