Adoptable Characters

Here are a couple of characters that are currently up for adoption. If you would like to play one of these characters then please fill out the joining form using the information provided in the adoption stats. You will need to write a RP sample of your own.

Stallions

Name: Goliath, or Gol for short
Gender: Stallion
Age: 7
Breed: Quarter: Friesan, Quarter: Gypsy Vanner, Half: Shire
Element: Earth
Alliance: Loyalist
Appearance: At 21 hands high and 2,900 pounds Goliath can be considered freakishly large, even for a draft. His coat is separated into big chunks of black and white, much like a cow; these colorations are from the Gypsy Vanner part of his blood line, which also gives him one blue eye and one nearly black eye. His body is made up mostly of solid muscle, making him even heavier. Though, a very good portion of fat clings to his gargantuan body, easily keeping him warm in the winter. Goliath has a long and slightly tangled mane and tail, that carry the waves of his Friesan heritage. Often, broken up twigs and tangles can be found in the thick mess of hair; from when he barrels through the woods and other landscapes. He is a large; beautiful mess to the naked eye. A brilliantly strong force to be reckoned with. His hooves are like dinner plates in their circumference; and could crush anything that finds itself beneath them.
Personality: Don't let Goliath's beastly appearance fool you. He is like a marshmellow on the inside, having no desire to harm anything unless he absolutely has to. He is calm and gentle yet very protective of the ones he loves. Goliath enjoys company very much, and gets lonely very easily. If he finds himself alone for too long, he will search for a familiar face or a potentially new friend; a cliche friendly giant no doubt.Goliath is wise beyond his years, and yet he chooses to be childish and naive; he often trusts individuals too easily, and makes himself look like a fool when they betray or mislead him. He is generally a calm and open creature; very forgiving and very loyal.
History: Goliath has lived in the Earth lands since his foalhood. His parents raised him to be respectful and caring. He still inhabits the Earth lands today, remaining loyal and faithful to his Lord and Lady. Goliath has stuck by his friends and loved ones, and has many relationships that are rooted deep into a ground of unconditional love. His past is nothing tragic or eventful, he was raised well and grew up well as a result. His father and mother are still around, and so are his many siblings. However age has taken it's merciless hold on his Sire and mother, and any day could be a promise for their death.

Mares

Name: Lyla
Gender: Mare
Age: 4
Breed: Half Camargue and Half Hackney
Element: Water
Alliance: Loyalist
Appearance: Lyla is small and tender in her build. Though born with a fanciful gait, she is clumsy and drags her feet; this comes from a fear of being arrogant; causing her to avoid moving extravagantly, but it only leaves her fumbly and awkward. She is all white with a pinkish nose and deep blue eyes. Her mane has long waves that fall at her dainty shoulders; and a tail and lingers below her pale ankles. She almost looks like some sort of equine nymph; having the pretty appearance of something from a fantasy.
Personality: Lyla is shy and awkward. She is a follower; obedient and selfless when it comes to her companions. She is less confident than most water elementals, and generally avoids doing anything that puts her in the spot light. Lyla prefers being a bystander, and won't do anything to intervene with situations unless she absolutely has to. She isn't nosy or confrontational; but rather calm and gentle when she is in familiar territory. However, if she is outside of said territory, she can become very nervous, and often assumes or expects the worst, especially when it comes to herself.
History: Lyla's mother and father were strong light loyalists who fought till the end to keep morality in the Water lands. They had a strong influence on many equines alike; convincing them to stand by their beliefs and never back down from a fight. When Lyla was two, her mother and father were attacked by darks, leaving her to finish maturing on her own. She has been a low ranking horse ever since; often excluded and silent during discussions or meetings; more of an entity in the background.

Name: Correntella, or Ella for short
Gender: Mare
Age: 3
Breed: 3/4's Mustang, 1/4 Standard bred
Element: Air
Alliance: Undecided
Appearance: Ella is simple in her appearance; she has dark brown eyes and a musky brown coat. Her mane and tail are only slightly darker than the rest of her body, and her hooves are an odd silvery-grey color that stands out against her dark look. She has the soft, thickish build of a Mustang, and has no extravagant curves nor an arched rump. Her gait is smooth and spacy, like a rocking chair, her feet aren't picked up high but are not dragged on the ground either. She simply moves naturally, without any forced gait. Her mane and tail are wispy and flow freely; they are dead straight and have the ability to stay unusually neat and smooth; each strand is thin and obedient; falling back where it belongs after being lifted by the wind.
Personality: Ella is a free spirit. She is curious, down to Earth, and doesn't worry herself with the shallow demands of her world. Her mindset is respectful of others and their lifestyles, no matter how odd they may seem; "Live and let live," so to speak. Ella does not mind company but doesn't mind being alone either. She enjoys lingering in nature's most beautiful parts; allowing the soothing melodies of Mother Earth to get her mind in gear. She enjoys thinking about life and it's mysteries; a philosophical type of horse. She has the uncanny ability to stay true to herself; even if she doesn't know herself all that well. She is a wanderer and wavers easily in her views and dreams; also a procrastinator and an unlikely candidate for any job that is set in stone or highly demanding. She doesn't enjoy having high expectations shot in her direction; an airhead who needs to learn how to hold on to things more, and how to expect more work for herself.
History: Ella ran from her original home and family at the age of 2, ready to get an early start in exploring the world. However the world was not as kind to her as she expected. The harshness of climate and vulnerability of being alone forced her to stop somewhere along the way; and she chose the air lands. They were safe and promised a home with companions, and at the same time they had plenty of room to explore. When she had arrived she was a mess; ribby and beaten up. She was taken in alongside the air followers. It's been a little less than a year since her arrival, and some wonder if she will make the foolish decision to run away again; selfishly abandoning the horses who cared for her like she did with her family. Will she stay stuck in her ways? Or will she learn that life offers more than wandering?
