Taiyae has moved to Acornrack 2. Please log in there! - Chels
URGENT NOTICE: Hey guys. :)
So, some of us are getting errors when we try to log in to the site or visit the index page (the page you automatically visit when you type in http://taiyae.acornrack.com). The error looks like this:
"Redirect Loop
Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.
The browser has stopped trying to retrieve the requested item. The site is redirecting the request in a way that will never complete.
* Have you disabled or blocked cookies required by this site?
* NOTE: If accepting the site's cookies does not resolve the problem, it is likely a server configuration issue and not your computer."
Apparently this happens in all browsers, not just Firefox. I am currently looking into this bug and have discovered that other AR2 sites are experiencing this. It seems to be a problem only for users who have not yet logged in - once you log in, you are able to navigate the site as normal.
I am sure that this bug is a temporary thing, and that the AR2 admin team is looking into it. For the time being, here's how to bypass the bug and log in to the site:
Go to http://taiyae.acornrack.com/admin, which is the URL for the Taiyae Admin CP. You will not have access to the CP (unless you're a mod of course), but it will still ask you to log in. Do so, and you should be redirected to the home page without problem.
