- This policy covers how AcornRack treats personal information that AcornRack collects and receives.

- AcornRack collects information from you when you register an account, when you update your account as well as entering data.
Information sharing and disclosure
- No data you provide is passed on to any other party. All data you provide is secured held within the AcornRack network only.
Cookies
- AcornRack may set cookies on your computer to customise your return visit to AcornRack. These include the login sequence and some account settings.
- Sessions are also set (on the server) which allow users to remain logged into AcornRack as they browse the site. Unless chosen otherwise all session data is removed from the server as soon as the browser is closed
Emails
- You may receive emails from AcornRack informing you about our services and/or recent news. If you do not wish to be contacted please login to your account and uncheck the 'Receive Acorn Rack information' checkbox under your account setup.
Your ability to edit and delete your account information and preferences
- You can edit your account information at any time through the Account Setup section on the main AcornRack website.
- Each site created allows users to modify their data on that site only. The data you have to enter on these sites will depend on what data is requested by the site owner.
Confidentiality and security
- Your information is securely stored on our servers away from users. Access to this data is extremely limited and only a select few are allowed access to this data. The access is required to help customise and improve your experience at AcornRack.
Changes to this privacy policy
- AcornRack may update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the email address specified in your AcornRack account, or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
Acceptable usage policy
AcornRack may make changes to this AUP. We will notify you about significant changes by sending an email to your registered AcornRack email address.
Miscellaneous provisions
- Your site has no limits on bandwidth or space, this is due to the limits already set on the website.
Conditions
- Any provision of this contract that is broken will result in immediate site and/or account termination.
Payment terms
All transactions are non refundable

- PayPal, which allows you to pay via Debit/Credit card.

- UK Postal Order, available to UK users. Please PM an admin for more information.
Prohibitions
- The uploading of any files which you do not hold the copyright for. These include mp3, video and image files
- Causing harm to the server via programming languages within your site as well as external files.
- Using the service in such a way where it gives a lower quality of service to other users. You will be warned at first, if it continues you run the risk of having your account terminated.
Lawful purpose
- AcornRack reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
