1. Please put in your email address so we can email you to tell you weather or not you have been accepted.
2. In Username please put the name of the CAT, using a warrior name if you are going to be in one of the clans.
3. Gender of cat, she-cat or tom.
4. Age of cat in moons(months).
5. Clan you wish to be in.
6. Rank, like kit, apprentice, elder, warrior, queen, or loner/kittypet. Do NOT put deputy, medicine cat or leader.
7. Description of your cat, like color and looks, ect.
8. Cats personality
9. History (you do not have to do this) but this is your cat's past
10. Please put a roleplay sample in third person and around SIX sentaces please.
11. Please put some effort into the application and fill evertying out.
